I’m a solution-oriented commercial and corporate lawyer with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions. I have been in the legal industry for around 10 years and been involved in nearly 100 transactions (debt & equity combined).
Before founding Kaski Law, I worked as an attorney at a top-tier law firm, and most recently as an in-house counsel at a large cap company listed on the Helsinki stock exchange. Thanks to my experience as a corporate lawyer and advisor, I have learned to work practically and focus on the client’s needs and what matters for the business.
Outside of work, I’m a family-oriented sportsnut. I spend most of my free time on a football pitch coaching kids (including but not limited to my own).
Advising clients on their business law matters and commercial agreements. Kaski Law also assist clients in corporate administration by e.g. drafting and maintaining corporate documentation and providing executive team and board advisory services.
Providing legal support and advise in all transaction phases, including strategy development, due diligence, negotiations, drafting of documents and closing practicalities. In addition, Kaski Law provides support in post-merger integrations.
Continuous legal services tailored to fit the specific needs of clients. Compared to case-based assignments, continuous service allows to engage in deeper collaboration with the client. A light and flexible alternative to recruiting a full-time in-house counsel.
