I’m a solution-oriented commercial and corporate lawyer with around 15 years of experience in the legal industry, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Over the years, I have been involved in well over 100 transactions across both debt and equity.
Before founding Kaski Law, I worked both as an attorney at a top-tier law firm and as in-house counsel at a large-cap company listed on the Helsinki Stock Exchange. My experience as both an external advisor and an in-house lawyer has taught me to approach legal matters pragmatically, focus on the client’s needs and keep sight of what actually matters for the business.
Alongside my legal work, youth football plays an important role in my life. I’m currently the head coach of a competitive youth team at Käpylän Pallo and devote a significant part of my time to coaching and player development.
